Access data

When you visit this site, the web server processes the following data: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, and user-agent. This data is processed only to ensure secure operation and is deleted after a short time. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).

Server logs are rotated automatically and deleted after a few weeks. No personalised analysis takes place.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies and no tracking.

Third-party fonts

This site loads the Newsreader font via Google Fonts. When the page loads, a connection is made to Google servers and the visitor's IP address is transmitted.

Self-hosting the font is planned for the medium term, so the third-party connection is no longer needed.

Contact by email

If you contact us by email, your data is processed to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR) and deleted after completion, unless statutory retention requirements apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Hosting & infrastructure

  • Server B (vmd198756, Cloud VPS 20 NVMe) at Contabo GmbH, located in Germany/EU. DPA signed on 2026-06-05.
  • DNS, CDN and SSL frontend: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). The DPA is part of the Subscription Agreement. DPF-certified (EU-US Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the EU Commission). Cloudflare processes connection metadata (IP address, user agent, requested URL). For security anomaly detection, Cloudflare runs an AI assistant ("Cloudy") on this metadata.

Mathefibel iOS app

  • Mathefibel collects no data. Progress, profiles and settings live locally via SwiftData on the device.
  • The app runs offline. It does not contact any server under our control. Tracking and analytics are not used.
  • CloudKit (Apple iCloud sync) is off by default. Parents can enable sync in the parent area of the app. The explicit confirmation in the activation dialog counts as parental consent under Art. 8 GDPR. When sync is enabled, profiles, learning-path progress, game sessions and statistics are synchronised through the user's own iCloud account; Apple is the processor, with a DPA in place through the Apple Developer Agreement. Parents can disable sync at any time. Data already stored in iCloud is managed by Apple and can be deleted there through the iCloud settings.
  • App Store privacy label: "Data Not Collected".

Apple platform services

  • The in-app purchase (app.fiomira.mathefibel.pro, €5.99, one-time) is handled by Apple StoreKit. Apple Inc. is the processor; the DPA is part of the Apple Developer Agreement.
  • Family Sharing through Apple ID families is supported; Apple is the processor there, and fiomira has no access to the identities of the family members.
